Packing and Delivery
The minimum order value for existing account holders is £100. UK MAINLAND: Packing and delivery is free within the UK mainland on orders over £325-worth of goods, excluding display equipment.
Carriage will be charged at £9 on orders under £325. EXPORT (INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, EIRE, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS): Freight will be charged at cost for export orders.
Mail order packaging is available. Price on application.
Terms of Payment
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. New customers are required to make their first payment before goods are despatched. Payment terms for export orders to be agreed at the time of ordering.
2.5% discount is allowed for payment received within 10 days of the invoice date.

in United States Dollars or Euros is accepted. Payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards is accepted, as well as cheque or bank transfer. Customers paying by bank transfer are required to advise us of the date and value of payment.
Value Added Tax
VAT will be charged at the current rate for all destinations within
the United Kingdom.
Customers within the European Union are exempt from VAT, provided
they supply us with their VAT registration number.
Export orders outside the European Union are exempt from VAT.
Availability
Most sticks and sundries are available ex stock and can be despatched
within 10 days of receipt of order. However, some walking
sticks are made in small batches only when suitable raw materials are available.
Customers will be advised when delay is anticipated.
Goods for Return
Customers are requested not to return faulty or damaged goods without
first contacting us. This enables us to resolve the situation in
the most appropriate manner.
Incorrect Deliveries
Any shortages, incorrect or faulty deliveries must be brought to our attention within seven days of receipt of delivery.
Title
All goods remain the property of Classic Canes until paid for in
full.
